תהליך המיון למשרת Technical Artist ב-MoonActive כלל ראיון מקצועי עם ראש צוות טק-ארט, שבו דיברנו על ניסיון טכני ואמנותי, עבודה עם Unity, UI, אנימציות ו-VFX, וכן על אופן החשיבה ופתרון בעיות. לאחר מכן ביצעתי מבחן בית טכני שכלל יישום משימות מעשיות בסביבת Unity. בהמשך זומנתי לראיון HR שהתמקד בהתאמה לצוות, סגנון עבודה, תקשורת ושיתוף פעולה. התהליך היה ענייני, מקצועי ובקצב מהיר.
